Have noticed over the years that many appearing on small independent things to promote their stuff do very little in the line of promoting that small independent thing in return.
Rather than rage at women clinging to the hope of good men, why are the good men not raging openly about predators in their midst? Shunning them. Calling them out at every opportunity. Not as 'fathers of daughters' but as men. The problem does not lie with women. It lies with turning blind eyes.
You notice how it's never women wearing pervert glasses and invading other people's spaces?

I know it’s a bit passé to talk about “why don’t politicians crack down on people not using headphones on the bus” but I think we do need to reckon with platforms that incentivise people to completely disregard the norms of civil society and get away with it.
Our government capitulated and offered hundreds of millions of euro in subsidies to a glorified Facebook group of angry uncles...

Look, just because he died young, I'm not going to pretend I'm not aware that Glen Hansard groomed a teenager and had a well circulated reputation amongst heads and people in the music industry for chatting up teenage girls, and probably worse.

If the state has broken the law you may ask the court to hold them to account. That's what a JR is, and what Jack Chambers is against. The government following it's own laws.
