That the drop in that hormone is as severe, immediate and catastrophic as if men were castrated and what would happen immediately to testosterone. And we are mostly just told, just get on with it. A good friend died very unexpectedly five years ago. He didn't have children. At his funeral, I cannot tell you how many people said to me 'at least he didn't have kids'. My friend was dead & people were basically saying 'ah, could be worse'. I wish people were more careful around this stuff.
