Super disheartened hearing cunningham's bigots are planning to gather an anti-trans "rally" outside Target Center when Lynx play the Fever Sunday. May Cheryl throw a clipboard! I am looking at every possible player, staff, higher up in the Lynx org to step in, stay human, & not let hate take the W.

The hits just keep coming, Minneapolis. If you know any museums or historical societies or folks/foundations involved with them who might be able to help out, direct them to Memorialize the Movement! Fundraiser TOMORROW linked in reply. SATURDAY 7/25 - 6-10p - 3140 Snelling Ave, Mpls

Would you look at that! This new mural, on the corner of our North Loop Garage, features illustrations created by students from Juxtaposition Arts. If you’re traveling down North 10th Avenue, you can catch the progress over the next few weeks. Thank you to all the artists!

Our latest bike rack installations are now complete at Fletcher's Ice Cream and Como Tap. These bike racks were made possible by a grant we received from the U of M's Good Neighbor Fund, and through our partnership with the City of Mpls. More racks are on the way — will show them to you soon!

Some recent photos of the under-construction Franklin Avenue that show how Minneapolis and partners (Hennepin County in this case!) work to preserve mature trees in design and construction, without compromising the transportation function of future road.

It’s been a hard and yet triumphant year for Minnesota. Ordinary people have been targeted by their fellow countrymen, and made heroic sacrifices for their neighbors. So, appropriate to remember that 163 years ago today, 262 average Minnesotans sacrificed themselves at the Battle of Gettysburg.

BREAKING: Today, the Supreme Court upheld discriminatory, anti-trans sports bans in West Virginia and Idaho, allowing these states to leave transgender student athletes behind simply for who they are. All kids deserve the freedom to be, to play, and to belong. Full stop.
