Starving artist. Weird art. Cosmic horror. No AI, just biological idiocy. https://linktr.ee/andrea.bonazzi

I'll probably have to take a break from the Internet. Without the food provided by charities—which are closed until late September—I have to choose between eating and paying my bills. After the 5th, I'll only be able to receive calls. I'll came back in better times.

Just saw a headline on Italian national public TV: "Italy Closes Its Border with Spain." It seems I’ve found myself in a parallel universe where the two countries share a direct border. That Italy has a fascist and racist government, on the other hand, has been common knowledge for quite some time.

Bout of depression, so I'm posting one of my treasures. Rationally I know I should sell it, but that would be like waving the white flag and giving up on life. A Latin Grammar for Schools and Colleges, 1889. Lovecraft’s personal copy, signed, including tiny paper bookmarks with his handwriting.

You follow an Instagram link from a Google Alert. You look up the meaning of the term “lightbody.” You discover that, despite yourself, you've become a 21st-century sort of “Aleister Crowley for Dummies.” 🙄

An Instagram post discussing Lovecraft’s symbols of cosmic horror as used in Chaos Magick, serving as an apparent caption for three of my photomontages. The post text reads: "I love the vibes of this art. I used this as a lighbody before."

Dazed. I must have spent more than a minute trying to figure out why my cell phone wouldn't turn on. I was holding it upside down, and instead of pressing the power button, I was pressing the tape that was holding the broken silicone case together.

I managed to edit a video on my third computer, an old laptop running Windows 7, so after all I'll have something to post next Friday as well. Everything is falling apart. Sooner or later, there won't be any pieces left to fall.
