Instead of the regular chocolate pot rotation went for Nigella L’s Olive Oil Chocolate mousse.* She did it on Saturday Kitchen and thought I would give it a go. Lovely, great texture and beautifully smooth. Probably took it out of the fridge too early, needed to be slightly chilled. Will try again.
