13 people have died in ICE custody in just the first 3 months of this year. These are human beings. Family members. Workers. They want us to scroll past this suffering like it is normal. I refuse to let this kind of cruelty become background noise.

350,000 peoples’ lives hang in the balance. A majority entered the U.S. legally and have never been in violation of any immigration law. They’ve had to go through multiple background checks. And yet they’re hanging on by a thread, even though the situation in Haiti hasn’t gotten any better.
