A typically stylish piece by David Sedaris. www.newyorker.com/magazine/202... What surprised me is his reaction at his marriage: “this is the last time I’ll empty my pockets as a single person”, not “why am I going through a metal detector at my wedding?” Plus I’ve learned the word “thornback”.
