I work at a radio station. Before the advent of AI, I listened to most of the new music we received to know if it was any good. Now, whenever I receive a song with AI-generated image, I don't even press play, I know it's gonna be crap. I don't feel even remotely guilty for it.

Here's a question for #Photographers of Bluesky. When you share your photos, do you prefer to upload directly here, or share a link to a third party site like Instagram/Pixelfed/Flickr etc etc. #Photography
Yeah nah, sorry, if you're not putting the words down then you are not the author, at best you're the editor.
Dean of Science at Stellenbosch University writes that although AI generates almost all the words for his articles (including this one): "AI did almost all of the writing. I remain the expert and the thought leader behind the piece." www.nature.com/articles/d44...
NDIS next. But you can't review that budget outcome, only get another assessment using the same secret formula. Rinse, lather and repeat.
‘In the first five months of the algorithm's use, more than 1,000 people have asked for reviews. That is a six-fold increase on requests for review in 2024-25.’

Tourist and locals in Budapest spoke to Reuters as Hungary switched off decorative and non-essential lighting at all state institutions at night. Record-low water levels on the Danube forced the country to largely shut down its sole nuclear plant, stretching power supply capacity to its limits.
I have just received an email from the NDIS about an upcoming meeting that starts off by wishing me a "Goof afternoon"
Chalk this one up to shots that might have been. Overexposed and out of focus, but would have been great if I had managed to get everything lined up. #Photography #WheelchairPhotography #Oops

First Sam Neill film I remember watching was Death in Brunswick. He and John Clarke were excellent in that. Vale Sam Neill, a man who could do indy films one day, hollywood blockbusters the next and still stay the same.
