Something I feel brewing: While hype artists are constantly posting their workflows with AI tools, I feel like many more measured people are quietly converging on optimal flows. I wonder how long before the best ways to work with these tools surface for everyone else.

My current place of work is converting our engineers into hybrid product managers/engineers. I’ve heard about this happening elsewhere, and I’m curious about how it’s worked. Anyone have insight?

ok, let's break it down. at the core of atproto is the data. it lives own your own computer (or someone hosts it for you). think of it as a hard drive with JSON files on it data is structured (i.e. has a type), and can references other records on other peoples' computer with a URI like a hyperlink

The source code is public, so anyone can literally just take the code and run with it and build something new in that scenario. Also, bsky is a Public Benefit Corp and not solely focused on profit. So much less susceptible to being bought by a billionaire.
