wanted to make a new ref image for Quinine and Inga from Noosphere for artfight and omfg doing it in Noo's full color style takes aaaaages. idk how i've managed to go 2 pages a week back in the day (got mega sick and burnt out that's how lol) guess i won't have them ready for the start of artfight

while combing through my website which i might have to nuke soon, i re-read Noosphere after a long long time of not touching it. can't really express all i feel about it. there are some objective problems (lettering, mostly) that i would've liked to fix, but idk if it will ever happen. i miss it.

last time the elevator broke (9th floor) my large dog ended up with spinal damage and a bunch of complications including life threatening one. not even a month since they've fixed the damn thing it's broken AGAIN and won't be fixed till at least monday because of course it won't. so tired of this bs

last two weeks were <my dog got sick with potentially lethal complications> levels of horrible. he's doing better now but still requires daily vet visits and boi is this whole ordeal crazy expensive and exhausting. would like to sleep for a week when he recovers. hopefully soon

Sometimes we’re unsatisfied with a thing we made because when it only existed in our head, we saw all the things it could have been and when it’s done we know all the things that it isn’t, but we can’t see the way it expands into a million new things when someone else unpacks it in their head. 🖊️🦑

hand update: keeps getting worse, can't hold a pencil, a mouse or pretty much anything without pain can't wait for this heatwave to be over to be able to go to a doctor or something
