This is a nice step. The official FOIA committee within the federal government now officially recommends that FOIA should apply to the judiciary, and they cite the bill we have been working on with @fixthecourt.com !

The official proposal, "Recommendation 07: Congress should create new, FOIA-like disclosure laws to ensure public access to records controlled by legislative and judicial branch agencies" www.archives.gov/files/ogis/d..., which cites our Judicial Open Records Act, has passed unanimously.
