Another #xmen opinion: I just read the 2018 Rogue & Gambit 5 part miniseries, & it was the platonic ideal of romantic superhero comedy. Watching the 2 of them flirt, bicker, & banter through saving the day & healing their relationship was both funny & touching. Plus they kicked ass.

X-men opinion: I totally support taking Wolverine/Logan out of the main story line; he was over-saturated & it was time for someone new. But my opinion is that he shouldn't have died; he should have returned to Canada to plant an apple orchard or something.

It’s funny the things that do you in. Had to brush our long-haired cat tonight, & to do so I had to take out the fur still stuck in the brush from the last cat I brushed… about 3 weeks ago, right before he died. I wonder how she feels having her long-time buddy’s smell brushed all over her now.

Just finished The Princess Knight by @caitsbooks.bsky.social , & loved it. A fantasy retelling of Legally Blonde with fun & compelling characters, an engaging plot, sword fighting, & a lot of fun. 5/5 stars, would recommend.
Love to all of those who had a lousy dad (or no dad), or who wanted to be dads but it didn’t work out. And love to my dad who just took a few days out of his schedule to hang out w/ me & comfort me through the loss of my beloved cat. He’s the best.
Went to one of my favorite campgrounds with all sorts of payment options: cash, card, & check. Instead they want me to pay on an app… that I’m supposed to download…. at the campground 10-20 miles away from any Internet connections. Did anyone think about this at all?
Today we said good bye to Tom Bombadil, who has been my friend for sixteen years and my housemate for six. A font of love, purring, and chill vibes, every day was better for having him in it.
