Darryl Cooper, a Holocaust revisionist, appeared again on Tucker Carlson's show with a strange claim: that after the Revolution, Bolsheviks erected a statue of Judas Iscariot as part of their campaign of religious persecution. He claims they did so in Moscow. A thread.

The Aaron Rodgers shit this week is a new level of shit even for him and for McAfee. The sad part is, I just don’t know if there are adults in the building who can be shamed or embarrassed, or that there is a market to recapture what they spent years collapsing.

ICYMI: In a win for voters, a federal judge blocked Trump's recent ban on nonpartisan groups helping newly naturalized citizens register to vote — which has been a key avenue to boost voter turnout. The court found the ban was likely driven by intentional discrimination against new citizens.

I'm struck by the way that social work organizations, which love to point to high-profile social workers, rarely "claim" Michael Schwerner. He was an MSW student for a year, but grew frustrated at the program's neglect of root causes of poverty. Then he gave his life addressing those root causes.

Joe Rogan is less entertaining than a Yule log. I don’t care if he makes a billion dollars. He’s an unfunny laughing stock. A useful idiot for fascism. A willfully stupid bore.

"We have a need for an enlightened, watchful articulate opposition. We have no need for semi-secret societies who are absolutist, dictatorial and would substitute for a rule of law and reason an indiscriminate assault on the institutions that must be held sacrosanct." ~Rod Serling
