The Aaron Rodgers shit this week is a new level of shit even for him and for McAfee. The sad part is, I just don’t know if there are adults in the building who can be shamed or embarrassed, or that there is a market to recapture what they spent years collapsing.
I will never understand why they did this. They gutted their newsrooms to pay guys like McAfee & Stephen A Smith ungodly amounts of money, as though guys like them aren't completely replaceable Remember when they got rid of Skip Bayless & no one gave a shit?

I'm struck by the way that social work organizations, which love to point to high-profile social workers, rarely "claim" Michael Schwerner. He was an MSW student for a year, but grew frustrated at the program's neglect of root causes of poverty. Then he gave his life addressing those root causes.

Along with the 3 men murdered Chaney, Schwerner, Goodman Viola's name is not forgotten by this man, I remember back to those times, it left it's mark with me. One day I shall also march over that bridge in Selma.
