have you ever noticed that cishet male artists are allowed to draw whatever they want with minimal pushback? flavor of the month teenage girls being sexually abused with no moral objections in the replies? but the second it's a trans or otherwise queer person, it's dangerous? ever notice that?

We have reached the stage of genocide where we get vague platitudes about our situation, but no actions to prevent the spread of hatred. We will prevail, but jesus fuck, is it too much to ask for a modicum of sympathy and a place that doesn't allow bigots just because they don't use slurs openly!?

Are they threatening trans users directly? No. Trans folks in the US have been targeted repeatedly. That's awful and you have my sympathy. Within the context of a single post we wouldn't consider it a direct threat or targeting a protected category. Ie send trans folks to concentration camps.

I look in the mirror constantly, grateful that I have curves and that my body is shaped exactly how I always wanted it to be pre-transition. The idea that no one wants to be chubby or anything but rail-thin is laughable and offensive, and I'm mad that it's coming back now.

Just saw some skinny influencer says “no one looks in the mirror and says they wish they’d eaten more cookies” and all I can say is, with my eating being severely restricted for two years, I regret every single restaurant I didn’t eat at and every cookie I told myself I wasn’t good enough to have.

maybe this is a hot take but i do not think we should humor blatant homophobia and misogyny as being "brainworms" or "discourse" in my humble opinion. i do not like how often tgirl tradfem shit gets given a pass on here as sad girls in a corner as opposed to being a coherent conservative ideology.
