Doctor here-Story time: I received a call today from a sick friend in another state, & I recognized it as a neurological emergency sent him to ER. Likely diagnosis: Giant Cell (Temporal) Arteritis, which can cause blindness. 1 of the authors of original 1990 diagnostic criteria: Anthony Fauci MD🙌🏻🫡
