I left after 2020. I raised the issue then that it was becoming more and more corporate and forgetting that it should be fun for volunteers as well as attendees. Beyond a sendoff from Matt at closing ceremony, not one of the higher ups reached out to say goodbye. Nice to see it's fallen further.

I think in the abstract, it's highlighted that the UK scene needs more and smaller events, run by different groups of people. Things have been very cliquey for a lot of years, I think because of that very few people learned the skills to responsibly and successfully run a furry con in the UK.
Aberacon just finished in Wales this past weekend, and was a huge success for being such a small con!
We have other cons! Confuzzled is not the only Con in the UK. Scotiacon for example!
‘The 9 Rules For All Roadrunner And Wile E. Coyote Interactions’ — a wonderful guide by animation director & creator CHUCK JONES — born 114yrs ago today — for all the animators working on the Cartoon.
With registration opening soon, are you happy to attend Confuzzled knowing what it's management have done and continue to do to its volunteers? Personally I think that if you are fine with it you shouldn't let the door hit you on the way out of the community. #BoycottConfuzzled
Furs are generally good at standing up online to things like people using AI art but tend to be pretty bad at taking actual action when needed but in this case, its very much needed and we should start standing up against events that are behaving this way. #BoycotConfuzzled
