Two things I saw recently that currently have my brain messed up: - The Smashing Pumpkins released “1979” in 1996. That’s like a band releasing a song in 2026 called “2009” - In Back to the Future, Marty travels to 1955 from 1985. If it were set in 2026, he would have gone back to the year 1996

When I start getting likes or saves on my TikTok posts, I'll go in and follow the accounts that are interacting. Then once my followers amount more or less matches my following amount, I'll go back and unfollow the accounts that did not follow me back. I'm currently at about 150 mutual accounts

For fun, I make videos for a game/story that does not exist in a fully completed or easily consumable form. Most videos are posted are in no specific order with most omitting story elements, dialogue and context. There are companion-like drawings, doodles & pictures that go along with the videos

In May 2025, I lost my job by our department being outsourced. Hired by that company only to lose that job right before Christmas. Was on unemployment but it ran out and doesn’t refresh till December. Couldn’t renew the apartment lease so we are moving. 3 months of temp housing lined up, plus debt
