This screenshot is going around, and it's alarming that no one is asking where the info came from. This is a random user on Discord. Are they a PayPal employee/insider? To their credit, we SHOULD leave it blank, because PP can't be trusted. But the rest is presented as truth, when it's assumed.

Everyone, but especially customers. Paypal has rolled out a new feature that prompts you to leave feedback about an artist who you've commissioned via invoice. Whatever you do, do not fill this out. This is a trap that is meant to misguide you. Paypal is doing this to sus out artists who create NSFW content like me and other folks in the server. By giving them feedback, you are not only putting artists like me, but your own account at risk of being banned off the site. Please pelase please just leave this form blank, if you want to talk to me about my work I would heavily prefer through DMs on here or on social media sites.

Clarification: Accepting payments for commissions through Friends & Family is against TOS (which you agree to by making an account), and it is TAX FRAUD. Do not ask for comm payments via F & F. Dont let an artist convince you to pay this way, because your account can be taken down as well.
