Why would ICE spend $20 million on powerful electric-shock gloves that are normally used on violent prisoners? Because THE CRUELTY IS THE POINT. How long until these are used on a pregnant mother? Or someone with heart problems? Or a child? This is an absolute outrage—and it needs to be STOPPED.
