This is from the 8th Circuit, which has an insanely politically biased make up: 1 Dem appointee and 17 R appointees. If this case doesn’t get taken up at SCOTUS, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if the many other states in the 8th circuit copy + paste this crap law. Vote. Them. Out!

A reminder that high school(and ms)libraries are academic institutions meant to prepare students to be college and career ready. High school libraries contain adult books, like Presidential autobiographies and classic authors like Walt Whitman. It is a total disservice to students to remove them.
