lost in a cruel world, trying to find the silver lining
realizing that my neuro disorder might kill me this summer by forcing some heart attack that i technically shouldn't qualify for is exhausting + having to talk with my family about the actual things that are possible sucks.
Jay built Bluesky from scratch and gave it a reason to exist. I'm excited to see what she'll do as Chief Innovation Officer, where she'll be able to focus on what she does best: pushing the vision of an open protocol forward.
Some personal news: I’m transitioning from CEO to a new role as Bluesky’s Chief Innovation Officer! I’m excited to welcome @toni.bsky.team as our interim CEO. More here: bsky.social/about/blog/0...
not gonna lie, i know it's just a quirky gimmick item <especially since i'm a pro frfr> but #fujifilm hook ya girl up with instax mini evo cinema camera 'cause i'm drooling <link after this tweet tweet>
Big yawn. Why? Mine #Caturday is boring. Time to make some good mischief 😸 Hope you are enjoying your day. Keep an eye on the weather pals. Love you all with hugs 🩷
Ray Guys!! This limited edition batch is inspired by the Bluespotted Ribbontail Ray and will also be coming to my shop soon as part of the Ocean Guys collection :)
As a human being you have the right to be able to understand the world. That is why education is so important. Any technology that hinders your understanding (even if it seemingly gives you capabilities) is deeply in- and anti-humane.
Happy anniversary to the projectile-wii-romote-in-television phenomenon.
the nintendo wii is 27 years old today
When Bluesky was down today I went back to Twitter and was punched in the face by the stench of abandoned aquarium. Milo Yiannopoulos, who I honestly thought was dead, stanning Hillary Clinton. Dem flaks earnestly retweeting Nick Fuentes. It’s time to cordon off anyone left and introduce alligators.
🍽️ My new old treasure! A Years Cookery first edition published Dec 6, 1879 in London bought from defreitasbooks.com at San Francisco’s Antiquarian Book Fair @ Pier 27 today. What a perfect day.
totally realized historical reenactments are the same thing as cosplaying as your favorite anime characters, you can’t change my mind.
of course if I made a monster game I would have all of the little guys follow the player, that's a given
Does anyone else do the thing where you go through every step to order something except for the very last confirmation? And then you only find out because 90 minutes later you wonder where your pizza is or get confused when the grocery order isn't in. I do this all the time lately.
