Caffeine doesn't replace lost hours of sleep, it only masks the fatigue signals to your brain so you don't realize how tired you actually are. You still suffer the cognitive and physiological deficits from the sleep deficiency, you just can't tell. Which is good actually and fine I've decided

A one-state solution is perfect for Netanyahu and Hamas and the soi disant pro-Palestinian movement because it won't happen without a massive military victory by one side or the other. Neither side would ever agree to it.

about ten years ago, I realized that I was using past experiences of mistreatment based on identity as a defense mechanism for all criticism -- once I realized I was doing that and let go of that; navigating the world became a whole lot easier.

Here's how we get Medicare for All done: Make Medicare whole (no one can keep all the parts straight!) Include vision, dental, and hearing. Begin extending to more people, starting with children. We arrive at Medicare for All, which means great Medicare for everyone.
