So I decided to watch this long how-to video on writing a novel with AI, and I shit you not, a good 30% of the how-to was all about scrubbing out the obvious tells that you wrote your book with AI. If there's nothing wrong with using AI then why do you need to trick people?
That Jumanji trailer is so awkward because there's multiple characters they have to set up for the first time that are total side characters but become important because they get trapped in the game. It makes the early beats of the trailer feel so stilted and odd.
I've never once seen Paddy Considine show up in a movie and not thought to myself "at least I know this movie is reliable."

I think one of the things that confuses me the most about Backrooms is it's about a middle aged divorced guy in a mid-life crisis bitter about settling for a dead end job and wading through empty office space.... and it's core audience is 10 year olds.

Been seeing the “how do you break in” conversations floating around and I remember in my early days of just wanting to work in film all the conversations were about how to break in. Turns out the answer is just show up and do the work. Make friends. Be helpful.
I see a lot of very smart people saying stuff like “we have to acknowledge AI is getting better and it’s not going away” to which I always ask who’s paying for it? Because there’s two eventual scenarios.
Honestly perfect marketing for OpenAI. Allowing the world’s stupidest people to be confidently misinformed.

An analysis by Reuters found a watermark in the map image that suggests it was made with OpenAI.
