My philosophy of voting is this: Vote for the best candidate in the primary, vote against the worst candidate in the general.
Reminder that you should ignore the spread in polls and look at where the frontrunner is in relation to 50%. Tavern Research nailed the polling in this race.

I guess the preacher Adam Hamilton won the electability argument in Kansas. Roger Marshall is certainly the weakest candidate Republicans have run for senate in my lifetime, but I worry that Hamilton is too milquetoast to capture anyone's imagination the way Talarico has in Texas.

Ash McGonigal@ashmcgonigal.com · 8h agoWow, Missouri defeated the "constitutional amendments have to pass in each congressional district" amendment AND the "no income tax amendment" with 80% of the vote on each going to "no." Those were pushed hard by the GOP.

Well, the only primary vote where I picked a winner was on the constitutional amendment, which I am pleased to say went down in flames.
