I keep telling people this and no one believes me: at least at DC, there is no such thing as “ongoings” and “minis” anymore. There hasn’t been for about 5 years now. Every single set of 6 issues is an audition to the readers for more.

Oh this thing is dead as hell, then. They aren't going to pay over $1bn to shareholders (and thats if the trial starts and ends on March 1st) on a merger that they wanted to push through as fast as possible. Thank god.

This will accumulate to over $1 BILLION by the time the trial begins. Let's also not forget Oracle's tanking stock (even before the AI bubble has officially popped) and the good possibility of war drying up their sovereign funds. At this point, it'd probably be smarter to pay the breakup fee.

Paramount will have to pay the daily penalty fee starting September 30th. Between then and the trial in March, they will pay WB a little over a billion dollars. When/if the merger fails, Paramount will owe WB an additional 7 billion dollars. Paramount will basically be broke.🤣 #BlockTheMerger
I feel like 30 years ago 99% of people would've agreed that things like Fascism, Nazism & Pedophilia are bad things that should be fought against/stopped. But now it's like only 70% of people can agree they're bad, and 30% are completely irredeemable monsters who will support any evil they can. 🫤
