“My phone got eaten just the day before. And you do remember I have the explosives stash at home, yeah? It’s right next to the comically large bundle of dynamite sticks.”
"Do you not know what a phone is? ZOMG do they not have phones in Britain? That would explain so much! But you found a few kilos of C4 before figuring out how to dial my number?"
Geeeently nudging @boom.quill.blue. “You were missed last week. Had to bring down this giant bug nest with nothing but a few kilos of C4 and a can-do attitude.”
// SHE’S HEEEEEEEERRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GOD SHE LOOKS SO GOOD
“Rather sure there’s going to be a few useful things.” Besides, she’s found most of them share the same taste in toys. “No problem, Elsa.” That felt a bit strange. But oh well.
"Thanks! I'll keep it in mind. See if I find anything I can use." She nods. "I appreciate it, Elsa, thanks."
She can’t believe a horse can be this intimidating. But here she is.
Eyes narrow. He clops twice, and turns away. It's all very ominous but it doesn't mean anything.
All those back taxes are from my father. Everything I do is above the board, I assure.
The Bloodstone family is famous for Tax Evasion. PR baby more than for killing monsters. All of Nextwave is known for tax evasion...
She won’t interfere, of course. Any variant of hers must be a force to be reckoned with. They won’t survive otherwise. “Since you’re here for a bit, feel free to dig into the armoury for some toys. Biometrics should line up fine. Passphrase’s our usual tea order.” She assumes it would be the-
"It's fine, thanks. I got it." She covers her notes with a hand. "You should get some rest." The hypocrisy does not escape her...
“That’s unfortunately not very likely.” Trying to peeer over. “Let’s brainstorm then. Two brains are better than one and all that.”
"Sure.. or any sleep at all would be nice." She rubs her face with a sigh. "Big hunt, trying to find the best approach."

“I mean…I’m the me from this world.” Gesturing around. “This is my house. But perhaps…we can start from your arrival point?” This is more like…Strange’s wheelhouse or something, but she’ll bite. A mystery seems fun.
"Trying to retrace the steps the us from this world took, trying to see if it's some kind of cursed object or person that sent her away or if it's something else."
“Well, I’m just as curious.” Good thing she has the bottle on the table. She’ll pour some for herself. “So…any suggestions on how to start investigating?”
"No that's about it... I haven't really gotten very far trying to figure out what happened, what's going on. I just want to know why." She sighs as she reaches over to refill her glass.
“Hold on…and we didn’t switch worlds?” Yeah, that’s gonna be an interesting case to crack. “Seems like a whole cycle that’s somehow broken when you got here. That we know of. Anything else you know?”
"Well you know more than I do. The one thing I did find out, the world I came to, their Elsa must've switched places with me. I've tried to track her down but she's nowhere to be found." She downs her drink and takes a deep breath. Maybe she's just permanently in this world now
“It’s somewhat new to me, but it’s not the first time. That version of us is a lot more well-versed though.” But that’s…curious. Still, she’d love to help herself. “Strange. Well…we can figure it out, of course. I think our brains put together can get it done.”
"Really? So this moving between universes isn't unheard of?" That's a relief at least. To know she would be fine. "Not really, one moment I was at home, the other I was in New York but there was something off about it."
“I figured. I did meet another…us? Met her some time ago. Blonde, and get this. Never met father. Works for STAKE, a SHIELD offshoot.” Now that, that was the first time. “But in any case…do you remember how you got here?”
She snorts and takes a sip of her drink. As she talks about her father and mother she nods slowly. "Yeah that sounds familiar enough." She takes a deep breath. It's close enough to her own story at least. Well until she got here. She's still confused about that but it happens.
“Spend one week with everyone under the same roof and your opinion might change.” She lets out a hearty chuckle and sips her drink. “But yeah, wouldn’t have any other people to be the family. As for father…” A slight glance at the covered-up portrait at the edge of the room.-
"They look like a lot, but they seem nice." She nods slowly, seeing Cullen makes her sigh softly. At least he exists and lives on in other universes, that's nice. "What about father?" She decides to ask as she looks at her other self.
“Had…” The word trails off as she takes the thought in. Much as she finds him annoying, Cullen still means the world to her. “Three, would you believe it? One older, one younger, one chronologically ancient but biologically younger.” Elsa points to the picture placed on one of the walls.-
"Just a brother... Well I had a brother." She raises an eyebrow as she looks at this different version of herself. "What about you?"
“Both.” She sits down across of…herself and raises her glass a little. “Many similarities, but probably just as many differences. How many siblings do you have?” It’s probably one of the easiest ways to tell the difference. And usually where the interesting stories start.
She sits down and wipes her hands on her jacket to the best of her abilities before taking one of the glasses. "Thanks. So you're me, huh? Or I'm you?"
