There is, rightly, no provision for any party body to suspend a trans woman because she was elected to a role reserved for women or non-binary people. It can not happen and we are confident that it has not happened and it will not happen. 4/4

Organising - why bother? Lots of despair from trans folks on the tl and other places of late. Things are horrible and scary. I also think we’re doing brilliantly at fighting back given the asymmetry of arms at play. We are so deep in a pit at the moment in terms of trans rights in the UK.
