Now for my final #LemuriaChallenge Phase 3 submissions! Here are some inhabitants of the coastal waters around Lemuria; a Nautilus-eating cownose ray, a green lionfish, and my first ever Lemurian invertebrates submissions. #Paleostream
Another submission for #LemuriaChallenge Phase 3! This time it's the Turaco Jungledrake, a derived species of late-surviving pterosaur that has evolved along the lines of a forest browser. #Paleostream
Time for more #LemuriaChallenge Phase 3 submissions, and we end up in the drier regions of the continent. Preferring the warmer savannah and deserts are a large horned mammal (actually a derived multituberculate) an almost symbiotic parrotlet, and a somewhat spiked skink.

Queenslandian Standoff In the middle of a bad winter, a starving Australovenator desperately attacks a herd of Muttaburrasaurus on the coast. The predator attempts to go for a youngster hiding behind its' mother, but the defensive herd surrounds him. His chances don't look good.

Riojasaurus is up next! This is a medium sized sauropodomorph, about 6m long - though I have found one mention in the literature of a possible 10m length. Thought to be quadrupedal in the past, work by @skeletaldrawing.bsky.social suggests a primarily bipedal animal. Size comparison below ⬇️
Made a rough sketch reconstructing the updated skull of Muttaburrasaurus. Repositioned some of the bones that were out of place, like the quadrate, maxilla and jaw.
