Almost everything that could've went wrong with this went wrong. I can't even begin, and I'm not gonna. Fuck this drawing and everything wasted of it. Instead of looking like an elongated sock puppet, she instead has the appearance of an anthropomorphic blue wolf with big bunny ears, long horns, and a big dragon tail. She has messy brown hair that tumbles past her shoulders, and beneath her iconic baggy red shirt, she wears a more form fitting yellow shirt and shiny black leggings that flare out at the bottom slightly. Despite her vibrant, seemingly mismatched features, her whole appearance blends into an expression of bland disappointment and exhaustion. "Well isn't that just right?" she asks rhetorically while looking at the unfinished drawing. "I finally take a moment to put some energy into something I want to do, and I have no energy or brainpower to put into it. I've done nearly nothing with myself today, and I can do no more than make some decent line work with shoddy anatomy." In contrast, though her outline is somewhat loose, she isn't drawn all that poorly, and a label next to her points out the irony in the fact that she, "Ignores decent anatomy w/ rough line work."

Fuck it, I'll throw my take on trans Parker into the ring. I love the Romita Sr. hair with the bang fangs and I love whenever other artists draw Peter with them, so of course I included them here. I'll make some higher quality drawings of her at some point, but I just really love this trend.

Petra wears thick-rimmed square glasses and has a wolf-y bob cut thing with two chunks of hair ending in sharp points that hang down over her eyebrows. She wears a sweater vest over a collared shirt. Spider-Man-Woman is mid-swing, holding a long web that flies about behind her. She has a strong, sturdy build, an attempt at a feminine version of Romita Sr.'s Spider-Man's build, with some of the bulk transferred to the lower body.

Local Lake Turns to Vapor During Heatwave - Foreign Prince Heartbroken, Unimportant Wanderer Terrified (Ironically, I was only able to finish this once it cooled down.)

A one-page, full-color comic. Panel one: An elf with pale skin and long, black hair puts a hand to his head dramatically. He holds his coat away from himself in his other hand. "Ughh... This heat is UNBEARABLE!" he says. A short, red, draconic-looking fella with huge, triangular shaped ears that stick straight back walks ahead of the elf and replies to him with annoyance: "At least the heat is QUIET." Panel two: The lizard-like fella looks ahead with a smile as steam rises toward him. "Would you just RELAX? We're already at the--" Panel three: The fella's eyes widen suddenly. Panel four: He puts his hands on his head, shocked. The elf falls to his knees beside him. "WHERE'S THE LAKE?!" the dragon-y fella screams. In the middle of trees and greenery is a dry, steaming hole in the ground. The only thing within it is a coughing fish lying on its side.

As someone who's never experienced anything regarding The Ghost in the Shell, it's interesting seeing people talk about the new adaptation. It's neat and a bit funny to see the distinctly different viewpoints of people.
