July 28 2000, Doraemon 3: Nobita no Machi SOS! debuted in Japan! Doraemon as a character/series never really got a fair shake in the States, but the space time jumping robot cat made for some fun platforming games (like this one) with cool mechanics and Donkey Kong 64 style character swapping!

Guess how long ago 2018 was! That's right, it's been 8 years.
