The thing about getting people to vote for you is you have to actually offer them something "Im gonna segregate your community you slur, but vote for me cause maybe I wont harm other people as much as the other guy" is about as compelling as suggesting rat poison as a snack.

While the most serious vulnerabilities, the PHP related exploits are just one in a list of dozens of serious cybersecurity incidents over the last 48 hours. We’re seeing AI facilitated penetration testing and exploit efforts across the entire global online infrastructure.

A truly astonishing statement by the Head of Bluesky Trust and Safety. Here's a sanity check for when you post about trans people, replace the "trans" adjective with any other minority, for two completely random examples use "japanese" and "jewish" here and check if you would still say it.

This, right here! Both voting for these Democrats and abstaining from voting for them has significant risks and instead of spending their time yelling at us (and never at the politicians doing transphobia), cis people should maybe grapple with the fact that they've put us in a no-win situation.

In my opinion, this is the very worst part of all this: If Talarico, Turek, et al. lose their elections, cis Democratic pundits and consultants will inevitably blame the loss on trans people (just as they did with Harris’s election) no matter how we vote, and they will use it as an excuse to throw us under the bus during the next round of elections. Alternatively, if Talarico, Turek, et al. win their elections, these same dipshit cis Democratic pundits and consultants will use those wins as supposed evidence that “moderating on trans issues” (read: rescinding trans rights) is a politically sound strategy.

NEW ESSAY on last week's deluge of Dems embracing anti-trans positions. let's stop fixating on trans ppl & instead recognize that Dems have a cisgender problem. pls share! Medium (friend link): juliaserano.medium.com/on-democrats... & Substack (no paywall): juliaserano.substack.com/p/on-democra...

I've never seen such an effort to censor a document as I have the Amnesty International report on gender critical groups because of JK Rowling. They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.

A screenshot of an email viewed in dark mode with the subject line "Google DMCA Violation." The email from Google informs the recipient that they have received a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) that some of their materials allegedly infringe on copyrights. It explains the removal process, mentions that notice details will be posted on Lumen, warns against repeated violations, and lists one affected Google Drive URL at the bottomA nearly identical mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. It shows a search for the same Amnesty International UK resources URL, resulting in the same message: "This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."A mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. A URL for an Amnesty International UK resources page is entered in the search bar, but the page displays the message: "This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."

From immigrants to the Prairieland Defendants to hate crime victims, the Trump regime is already rounding up trans people while the public turns a blind eye, the Democrats look for a compromise, and the media cheers on the societal panic and purge.

I have a dire update on this story. I have reason to believe my source, Aurora Rush, was taken by the federal government as a political prisoner. www.erininthemorning.com/p/trans-coup...

💿🐎 Put simply: trans women are not "socialised male" - they are socialised specifically as trans girls and then trans women. There is a very specific form of gendered discipline which occurs (transmisogyny). Is a continuing, lifelong, dialectical process between self-concept and social structures.

A trans girl is not "socialized male" - she's brutalized into hiding herself. What someone is doing when they accuse trans women of "male socialization" is that they are denying us the closet, denying that it is a painful and traumatic experience where the life is choked from us by dysphoria.
