Fabulous graduation day yesterday. Daughter delighted to graduate with Mr Shakespeare from Nativity which if she is true to herself, she would admit is the film that made her want to become a teacher 🤣

So my echocardiogram results weren’t good so I’ve gone and entered a 10k for November because feck it, if I go down, it won’t be festering on the sofa (well it might be depending on if Netflix have a good Nordic box set) 😂

On the plus side, I am now home on my sofa watching Season two of Chesnut Man on Netflix sipping a nice rosé in my PJs with a gentle east coast breeze so the night is saved. We’ll not mention the ⚽️
So went all the way to London today for some training tomorrow only to arrive to be told the training was cancelled so have travelled another 4 hours back again. Which was nice in 35 degrees. My head hurts a bit now 😬

I just cried at the end of The Magic Faraway Tree as I was a prolific reader especially of Enid Blyton as a kid. It was a tiny reminder of the magic those books gave me in the dreary 70s. Being a grown up is rubbish sometimes
I’m starting to think that my issues with fatigue when running and the suggestion I may have an underlying heart issue causing my hypertension may not actually be totally unrelated. You’d not be surprised to know I brushed close to a medical school at one point in my life 🙄
