Myth: Every new business needs lots of off-street parking. Reality: Parking mandates often block the small, local businesses people say they want. A corner store should not have to act like a big box store just to be legal. That is not free parking. It is a hidden tax on local businesses.

I do not understand why Hong is incapable of doing that, especially since she is running in a swing state instead of NYC
It would be nice to see more consideration of the librarians who work at MLK and the patrons and the problems they face. The library can't serve its purpose if it is pulling double duty as a shelter for the chronically homeless.

Re Washington state sports transvestigation bill, I had to Google what a typical sports physical entails for girls. Boys already get checked for testicular masses and hernias as a condition of playing any high school sports. If you play tackle football it starts earlier.
