I think outside of a couple, all the concerts I’ve gone to have been by myself. It’s never been an issue because I’m just going there to see who I’m trying to see and that’s it

Yall ever do a concert solo? I did Jasmine Sullivan solo and even with me being obsessed with her, being by myself kinda sucked. Ellla Mai is coming to Hollywood and I want to go. I’ve made friends here but no one who likes Ella Mai enough to buy a convert ticket…😔

Jim Crow 2.0 doesn't have poll taxes. They just get rid of polling places to make it much harder for you to vote, and kick you off the voter rolls for 'reasons' without telling you. Voter suppression is racism. If a candidate isn't talking about voting rights, they aren't paying attention.

The NAACP has released a statement while the Tarrant County Commissioners Court considers a proposal today that would cut the number of Election Day polling locations nearly in half "Let's call this what it is… voter suppression"

Tarrant County, Texas, could see around 50 percent fewer polling locations in November's election. "Let's call this what it is… voter suppression," said NAACP President and CEO Derrick Johnson. "Cutting nearly half the places where people can cast a ballot doesn't save democracy money, it costs voters their voice. Tarrant County is home to a significant number of Black and Latino voters and is a majority people-of-color county. There is no question that this plan strips away polling access on a scale that will hit Black and Brown voters hardest. That is not a coincidence. It’s an intentional assault on our ability to make our voices heard and we will push back with every tool available.”

I really think we gotta explore why Republicans keep voting for guys whose whole personas are "serial killer with a chip on his shoulder." What is it about these obvious pieces of shit that draws these voters in.
