Incidentally, I’ve heard buzz on here about the company making cancellations more difficult and that was my experience. I could not cancel directly through account management. It would just cycle back. I had to go through the help menu. Stay vigilant! If you’re still in line, stay in line. Etc.

If anyone needs me, I’ll be sleeping in the weirdest fucking position possible to ensure my cats have plenty of room
