Hvorfor stoppe her? Fastleger bør åpenbart også få økonomisk bonus for å la være å sende pasienter videre til spesialisthelsetjenesten. Eller for å droppe å skrive ut resepter. Dette kan spare samfunnet for store summer!

Dette er faktisk helt spinnvilt. Fastleger får 5 kr for å skrive sykmelding, 50 kr for å la være og 25 kr for gradert. Det er nøyaktig samme arbeidsmengde, samme medisinske vurdering, men med et økonomisk insentiv til å trekke en forhåndsbestemt konklusjon.

If you know nothing about #atproto, the easiest way to have your mind blown is to go to mu.social, log in with your Bluesky/Atmosphere account, and see the same network – through a different app. In fact, this (THIS!) is me posting from mu.social.

Nå som Aschehoug er ute for salg, bør de akademiske aktørene i Norge gripe sjansen til å gjøre Universitetsforlaget til en bærebjelke i norsk faglig offentlighet igjen.
