i’m noticing a trend in reactions to Primetime that people seem to want it to be a commentary on To Catch a Predator and what that meant for society; when really its focus is very limited to Chris Hansen as an obsessive guy and how that obsession exists in the context of its time

the key to texas is showing up for all the people and making sure your message doesn’t get drowned out by propaganda. beto came closer than anyone because he did that. it’s legwork. it’s progressive policies. ULTIMATELY: people in these communities have to believe their vote will matter.

it’s the wild west over here. no one pays attention to me. i can say whatever i want. like “that jobros/txt song is godawful and the worst kind of pop” or “i might’ve liked oppenheimer better than barbie? (jk we don’t pit two queens against each other but i had the thought)”
