going to use my lunch break to find therapists that can take my insurance because i feel myself hitting a breaking point with the ideation and negative self talk, but i can’t shell out what my long time therapist’s private practice wants. I think a lack of consistency is why I go through these dips
I also hate being weaponized against other family members like a pawn. I don’t want to be a point of comparison. I want to help, but not give someone fuel for a fire and fight against other people who I love.
back and neck are back to hurting again and i can’t really get full rotation when I have to turn around in the car to check behind me. Not sure why this happened and intend to bring it up with the doctor when I go in September, but does anyone have suggestions for alleviating the pain in meantime?

Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.
By extension music grade cassette tape has also improved, or at least the duplication techniques enforced. While we're out of the really high quality stuff, the average consumer tape which 90% music ended up on has never sounded better.
vinyl records are generally of a higher weight than they were during the 80s so the average sound quality and durability is better *if you aren’t factoring in that we make way more picture discs now, which are terrible sounding
