I have been seeing a new PT and he gave me instructions for troubleshooting my pelvic alignment at home and this is a true game changer for my SI joints. I wish EDS came with a manual.

I received some mylar balloons last weekend that I have festively tied to my ipad stand and my dog Charlie does NOT approve. he is *extremely* disturbed by their ominous floating presence.

I think this is a generally good article but there is no discussion at all about prevention or the fact that most kids are getting sick *at school* in the first place. like yes we need to talk about accommodations & absenteeism, but we also really really need to talk about clean air standards.

All I can add to the “we reject universal masking” discourse is that it’s not about masks. You aren’t rejecting universal masking, which never happened; you’re rejecting having to think about wearing a mask, and maybe feeling badly about thinking about masks. Can’t help you there.

due to incredible work behind the scenes by our local salesperson, we're able to get the accessories for an unheard of 25% off (usually it's 10% max), so we're actually only $97 away from getting almost our whole wishlist can you help us make $97 please share & donate if you can, thank you so much
