Got to be part of / photograph an experimental music exhibition and then watch one of my favorite local bands doing a free show at Pride this weekend. This is some of the most excited I've been to get into edits in a while. I'm so lucky to have the community and friends to do this kind of thing!

It’s gonna sound like I’m kidding and I am not kidding, and this isn’t everyone’s solution, but my posting philosophy will always be “you’re essentially getting this for free. Some of it is going to be bad. I no longer give a shit” and that’s calmed lot of voices like that in me

There's a Skyline trying to crawl out the back, and a Corolla trying to climb out the top. I do like some of the styling cues, but the execution is always going to be bad in crossover proportions.

My platform for prime minister is that we should cap cars at something like maximum 1500kg, maximum 100hp/ton, and everything has to have friendly looking headlights, and then LRT and Bike Lanes everywhere.

I'd love to see a schoolbus yellow 71 labeled as an Eleanor tribute, but all we get is silver paint and goofy bodykits

A good car event doesn’t just reaffirm that the culture respects certain approaches. It makes people ask real questions about why they like the things they do and whether it is possible or worthwhile to think about those things differently.
Like, why the fuck would I wash & detail my car, that I spent years building, to display in your show that you won’t even pay someone to make a flyer for?
It’s wild how prevalent this is in the car community I’ve skipped *every* local show this year, because of shitty Ai flyers & merch
