My mom once saw a picture of Mulch from my comic You Died and it was VERY Funny and asked why she only had one arm. I had no desire to explain the "complicated" lore of my dumb comic to her so I said "Sometimes people have just one arm!" She said "Well thats sad!" and that's the comic in a nutshell!

I think real people are fucked up and go through fucked up things and the idea of never exploring that in comics, stories whatever strikes me as incredibly ill advised.
