Oregon prison negligent for not allowing prisoners to wash off pepper spray, jury finds
The jury awarded $5,000 in damages to a man with paraplegia who was unable to use the sink in his cell to wash off the spray and a man who was in a shower stall but not allowed to use the shower.

A Multnomah County jury has awarded more than $760,000 to our client Cider Riot owner Abram Goldman-Armstrong after finding defendants associated with the far-right group Patriot Prayer liable for a violent 2019 attack. Even though the justice system moves slowly, we will always stay the course.
DOJ lies. DHS lies. ICE lies. That has been established. Do not repeat their claims as fact. Their claims are arguments or, often, misleading propaganda — when not outright lies. They are seeking to make a case for their lawlessness (and to please Trump), not seeking to inform.
Accountability and reform are overdue at ODOC. Our client's son died alone in an extreme isolation "black box" solitary cell with guards jeering and yelling "“Why don’t you just kill yourself, motherfucker?” We must end solitary confinement in Oregon. #SolitaryConfinementIsTorture.
