End of the month im off to a different city, not to far away from home, have had it booked for a month already. I am now starting to get apprehensive and nervous about going.
Yeah, this. I suspect as least some of my cis followers don't realise how bad it is/is getting. I don't want to leave the UK but it may become unavoidable. I really really hope not but it's definitely a possibility.
Lee Hurley@hleehurley.com · 4d agoDrinking espresso martinis, discussing with my fiancé at what point we need to flee the UK. I don't want to leave my home. My family. My friends. With every passing month, it feels more and more inevitable. We are losing so hard and I can't see how it stops.
Please be compassionate when talking about fleeing the UK, trans siblings. Not everyone can. Not a lot of countries will accept chronically disabled people. It is all very well saying 'it will be tough, but at least you are safe' when you wont be dead of needing daily medication in under a week.
I know im not alone in my thinking. I am realistically stuck in the uk till April next year as I have to wait for grc & a new passport. No way Im travelling under [name redacted]. For those that need financial assistance to flee, this grant may be of some help.

Whilst cleaning my machine I have come up with a burning question. Why do the "women's rights" campaigners not campaign for stricter prosecution and sentencing for rapists and those that commit femicide? I know they are a single policy campaign group who dont actually give a damn about women.

Rowling, posted images of me on 11/07/26, which aligned me with sexually offensive behaviours, I have been forced to retreat from some social media platforms. I have had threats of harm, body shaming, my previous identity revealed, and several abusive direct messages.
Wore something to work that a cis woman would wear. Got asked to cover up and not have my boobs on show. Called it.
People will justify their overt participation or their abject apathy toward LGBTQ persecution based on stuff like this.
Once again, with England playing for 3rd place, not only does domestic abuse incidents rise when England lose but there is a 26% rise when they win or draw. Once again, my heart goes out to all those waiting with bated breath for the final whistle.

It's not just a segregation of physical spaces. It's segregation of rights, priveledge and protections. A white cis het with an axe to grind gets state protection. A trans + person says anything not agreed with by the priveledge and they are punished. Dark times indeed.

My workplace dont seem to get that I started my life out as a toolmaker.(not like Keith's dad) My colleagues have made lots of errors and ive been able to sort out all the problems in 2 attempts because I looked at it like something I made for many years.
Im attempting to get all my ducks in a row to do this. I dont think ill be able to continue with my higher education, ive had to cancel training for my job that I was planning on going on for my further development. Im going to have to sell my home and leave everyone & thing I love behind (bar dog)
