Some of my WIPs and unfinished sketches. 1st: 'there he is' - the most emotional moment of the death scene. 2nd: Unfinished xmas card that I never got time to finish. 3rd: The Pina Colada kiss. 4th: Some character sketches of Ed and Stede. I don't know if or when any of these will be completed.

Hey #OFMD crew, I wanna show some love for small efforts. Whether it's a doodle, a drabble, a thread of 2 am meta thoughts, or a half-knit scarf where you liked the pattern but got to the point where, "Yeah that's enough." What's something you still love even if it didn't get the full finish?

A piece inspired by Magritte's 'The Castle of the Pyrenees', using the half a petrified orange from Our Flag Means Death. The orange is topped with a drawing of the 'inn' Ed and Stede settle in at the end of season 2, and Izzy's grave marker can be seen a little further down the orange.A close-up of a piece where the background is repeated cans of Crisco, a la Andy Warhol's screenprint series featuring Campbell's soup cans. This is a reference to a fic written by the artist, called Weirdo Hours. The foreground features a black and white drawing, where the inside of Edward Teach's arm, and both Ed and Stede's chins can be seen. A close-up of Ed Teach and Stede Bonnet, from Our Flag Means Death, that shows Ed's hand and a little of Stede's face and hair, respectively. The piece is done in the style of Roy Lichtenstein and is a direct reference to Lichtenstein's 'In the Car'.
