“It’s not because all of a sudden, people, you know, decided it was such a fun hobby to collect tens of thousands of signatures,” Wu said. “It’s because the level of frustration about inaction at the state level, at the State House, has reached a boiling point.” www.bostonglobe.com/2026/06/25/b...

Seth Moulton is making bank on private equity investments in companies that sit before the committees he serves on. Until we started asking questions, he insisted there was nothing to worry about. Now he's scrambling to clean it up. Why should voters believe him now?

Today, Seth Moulton says he will “recuse himself” from congressional votes that benefit companies he has made private equity investments in.

"Hebble said Moulton will recuse himself from any congressional votes that could benefit Oura, webAI or Divergent Technologies."

But last year...Screenshot of press release reading: Statement from Congressman Moulton on Joint Investments

September 28, 2025

WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) today issued the following statement regarding joint investments in Divergent Technologies made in August 2023 and July 2025 by Congressman Moulton and his wife, Liz.

Seth Moulton said voting on issues impacting his investments was his constitutional duty.

Screenshot of press release reading: "I cannot recuse myself from my constitutional duty to vote on matters coming from the House, including those that may impact Divergent Technologies. However, I will not put forth policies or requests that principally benefit Divergent Technologies or any other company from which my wife or I personally benefit."

VICTORY! Today, the MA Supreme Judicial Court voted against the income tax cut ballot initiative moving forward toward the November ballot. It would’ve created a $5B budget hole and triggered massive cuts to local schools, healthcare and other public services.
