Any authors out there interested in reading my upcoming queer sci-fi space adventure book for a review blurb? I really need to get better at networking, there's like one I've reached out to >.<

if we lived under socialism every adult in this country would get a $600 tariff refund check but instead they are giving your money to the very multibillion dollar corporations who pricegouged you

If you're giving a 20 minute presentation, maybe don't rock up with a deck of 37 slides >.< This speaker clearly had great ideas to convey but have enough time to say it, and didn't format it for the time he DID have. (The room was also PACKED for this one.)

Feels nice to break out my little Bluetooth keyboard again. Got the thing as some set dressing in Breakdown at 238 Hypatia and it's proven intermittently useful since.

A reminder for people who’d like to hire me as an editor but are hesitant about costs: A simple and cheap option is to schedule a consultation call with me to discuss your project or writing issues—you might be surprised at how much we can cover in a single hour!

Hell to the yes. It was a dream come true for my last book's cover art to be done by the incredible Paul Youll, and for this book it's being done my friend (and no less incredible) @molotovmina.bsky.social. The last book's audiobook was likewise an all-star team and hoping for the same this time.

I know Taco Bell has a reputation for giving people stomach issues but my conspiracy theory is that people just aren't used to that much fibre. The beans, and also that they cut their ground beef with oats

100 days to go until October 24 - the deadline for SaberComp 2026: The Purge! A hair over three months to show us your story of the dark hunting down the light. Got any teasers you want to share? A behind-the-scenes photo or clip? Drop them here!

What better way to celebrate the 4th of July than by getting a bunch of my novels, with a big chunk of your purchase price going to World Central Kitchen, my selected charity for this bundle. Pay what you like (the more you pay, the more you get), and help feed people in need all over the world.
