The cost of a Critical Energy Infrastructure (CEI) Hub disaster could be greater than the Deepwater Horizon spill when approximately 200 million gallons of oil spilled into the Gulf of Mexico. The cost of the cleanup and damages was $65 billion.

Historically, our city officials let us down repeatedly with Zenith Energy and community confidence is very low in the Mayor or city staff to adequately scrutinize this franchise transfer to i Squared, a $60 billion private equity firm.

Congratulations Portland, we did. We just secured the title for Largest Electric Bicycle Ride and Party. With an official count 1060 people on e-bikes (plus more on pedal bikes or riding on an e-bike) we broke Seattle’s record of 405 e-bikes and made Portland history together.

Not too long ago, there were no dangerous tank farms in NW Portland. The Willamette River was a braided river that provided a sustainable economy until the river was dredged and the dredge became the liquifiable soil we now find under the aging CEI Hub tank farms. #SafetyFirst #ProtectPCEF
