I think, despite strong delivery, the focus on the big picture/leadership positioning was lost, and too often the Greens allowed themselves to be defined by others, and were strategically reactive - for eg. courting rural votes vs shoring up suburban and urban votes.

Lots of chat about the Greens, who delivered policy is spades, being punished in #GE24 is missing a key point: the majority of Green voters are values/principles voters. It's not just about what you do, it's about how you do it, how you communicate it, and how you frame it.

An unsung hero of Irish election data is www.irelandelection.com I don't know who maintains it but it is a great resource and it looks like they're all set to go to update the site with this years GE. All candidates information is already available for view

I feel like a big change will happen when politicians and political parties start taking this app seriously, then journalists will have to take it more seriously, then everyone who wants to influence the news cycle follows.
