mechwarrior 2, maybe? I was a literal toddler, my dad would hold me on his lap and I could "play" with that sidewinder joystick running around the desert but later it was the first game I remember that had like, lore and the in-universe themed instruction manual was supremely cool

I built a sideboard! 100% American cherry, solid continuous grain fronts with carved pulls and a 45° chamfer edge detail.
did some deskilling and cognitive surrendered to the bread agent. all it needed was a prompt with water, flour, salt & yeast and it one shot this loaf.
this is, by the way, how all of my procedural themes work they're not presets, they're merely a random colour + one other random colour that is at least X contrast ratio away for example: sudoku-tutor.brennan.computer -- click the button in the top right to get new colours
symmetricalboy@symmetricalboy.com · 3d agoI absolutely love love love that there is a mathematical standard for determining if background & text color contrast is readable. (WCAG AA standard {$\ge 4.5:1$ contrast ratio}) I don't have to examine every color theme & determine for myself loosely if it looks right; I just check the math! Done!
