this is coming dangerously close to hijinks

obviously New Haven is not as close to NYC as a lot of people think but I just watched a video of a woman saying she spends 5 hours commuting when she goes into her office in midtown and I'm so fucking mad lmao, that's a fucking skill issue

something something mckinley hockey players being the villains after they made the football players sympathetic something something closeted in a homophobic environment something something themes of teamwork and competition something something gleeted rivalry

two books later the queen's daughter is trying to get a different character from Two Rivers to do something by taking the approach of "don't you want to be a good and loyal subject of your queen and serve your country" and the guy is like "I don't even pay taxes" lmao

I listened to 30 hours of audiobook and the main things that stuck with me are this and the time Rand tried to swear to the queen that he was a loyal devoted subject and she was like "you're from Two Rivers, you people don't even pay taxes"

last night I spent two hours helping my mom comb her email and various portals (over facetime on her iPad while she did it on her phone) for documents her rich boss needs and when I found out it was actually his personal assistant asking for them I went full admin solidarity, I deserve a prize

I have a running list of songs Glee would have done had it been on the air when it came out and I'm going to develop some kind of points system for how right I was (based on which songs they do and who covers them) and if I hit a certain number of points I'm going to finally get my glee tattoo

please know that every post I make complaining about the glee reboot is going to be typed on a phone that's in the sixth Dalton Academy Lacrosse case I've owned in the past 10 years or on a laptop that's had Blaine Anderson fanart as the wallpaper since 2012, I'm full of shit and know it
